On average we'll provide a first iteration within 1 or 2 days, on weekdays. Bigger or more complex requests can take longer.
After you subscribe you will be invited to a request board. On this board you can add and manage request. A request can be anything from a short briefing, some sketches, or a more detailed video explaining what you need. Anything goes to make your ideas come across.
Yes, you can cancel a monthly membership anythime. Yearly memberships can be cancelled on a yearly basis. Due to the nature of the work, no refunds are given for previous periods.
